Asbestos Hazard Assessments and Building Surveys
The experienced Building Inspectors at AGES Energy can conduct asbestos surveys prior to real estate transfers, building renovations and structure demolitions. Our staff will identify and document asbestos-containing material (ACM) and expertly estimate linear/square footages of each material, as well as its condition, accessibility, friability and potential for fiber release. And, if warranted, our inspection reports may include detailed recommendations for appropriate response actions and cost estimates for abatement by an EPA Certified Designer or Management Planner.
